Our healthy, kid friendly chocolate snack (sugar free, ve, gf)

We know from experience that children do not love all 'healthy' foods.

Sometimes we just want simple, easy food to give to children that doesn't cost us (or them) in terms of money, energy and time.

Does such a food exist?! We hear you say.

.... Enter the Bliss Ball.

All of the above, and it is so much fun to make with them!

The children at our camps love these as a treat after all the moving and breathing that they do with us!

Interested in our Camps? (and tasting our bliss balls?!)

Our mission is to hand children tools to live a more mindful life. We run Camps that give children a chance to explore Yoga and Mindfulness, and eat healthy food!
